Couscous and tomato caviar salad with Flor del Delta flower of salt with Spices

This salad is also influenced by Mediterranean flavours and the citrus touch will scent and freshen the dish.

 
Ingredients:

- Couscous
- Raisins
- Spring onion
- Golden Delicious apple
- Tomato: you can mince the tomato or take out the seeds (what is called tomato caviar)
- Flor del Delta flower of salt with Spices
- Olive oil
- Lemon

 
Preparation:

Prepare the couscous and let it cool. Dress with a vinaigrette made with the spring onion and the apple chopped into small cubes, the raisins, the olive oil and the juice of the lemon.
Rectify with Flor del Delta flower of salt with Spices for an exotically scented salad.
Prepare the dish and finish with the tomato caviar or the minced tomato.
